The assessments

Familiar movements.
A closer look.

Our software guides the movement, captures measurements and makes the result easier to review.

Camera-based pose estimation identifies body landmarks during an assessment. What can be measured depends on the movement, the camera view and the quality of the recording.

01 / Balance Or Die

Single-leg balance.

Follow the prompts to stand still, lift one foot, hold your balance and lower it. Repeat on the other side.

Eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions are recorded separately so they can be interpreted in context.

What you can review

  • Hold duration for each side
  • Camera-derived stability during the hold
  • Tracking quality and gaps
  • Previous results under comparable conditions

Stability describes tracked body movement. It is separate from hold duration and is not a diagnosis.

02 / Rise Or Die

Sit down. Rise again.

The sit-to-rise assessment follows a transition from standing to the floor and back to standing.

Review includes the movement phases and the support used. Ambiguous support events may need confirmation by the person administering the assessment.

What you can review

  • Descent and ascent phases
  • Support events and uncertain observations
  • Movement timing and available measurements
  • Recording review where available and authorized

03 / Move Or Die

A guided functional squat.

Follow the prompts through a squat while the camera captures the movement.

The assessment brings measurements from different body regions into a common review, helping you explore how the movement was performed.

What you can review

  • Movement phases and repetitions
  • Available joint and regional measurements
  • Tracking quality and recorded evidence
  • Changes across repeat assessments

Reading a result

Context matters.

Compare like with like

Keep camera placement, assessment type and test conditions consistent. A different eyes condition or protocol can change what a comparison means.

Incomplete tracking and interrupted attempts should be considered alongside the measurements.

Understand the limits

Our camera-derived measurements and experimental scores are being evaluated. They do not establish a diagnosis, predict an individual health outcome or replace professional judgment.

The apps explain what was recorded so you and the person administering the assessment can review it together.
